Video: Double Identity - All on You (You'll Still Hate Me When You're Sober)
Chicago-based pop rock band, Double Identity, recently released their new single titled “All on You (You’ll Still Hate Me When You’re Sober)” and it is awesome! To coincide with the release of the single, the group also put out a lyric video.
“All throughout the recording process, we kept describing this song as ‘the fun one,’” says drummer, Courtney Kurhayez. “Despite the weight of some of the lyrics, ultimately we wanted to create an upbeat song that people couldn’t help, but bop along to.”
Double Identity is comprised of 22-year-old twin sisters, Courtney (vocals/drums) and Arden Kurhayez (vocals/guitar), who blend honesty and angst to create upbeat songs reminiscent of the 2000s pop rock they grew up on.
“All on You (You’ll Still Hate Me when You’re Sober)” is the latest single off of an upcoming EP expected April 2022.
