Album: Ken Newman - What Am I Afraid Of?

San Francisco based singer/songwriter, Ken Newman, has released his latest album, What Am I Afraid Of? and portions of profits from all purchases of the album will be go to his charity, Blanket The Homeless!

“This album is in many ways a collaboration with a producer [Scott Mickelson] who is also a brilliant songwriter AND who has become a dear friend,” says Ken. “Over the years we’ve worked together, he has never heard one of my songs and said, ‘Yup. It’s perfect. Let’s start recording.’”

On releasing the album and doing a release show, Ken says, “My original intention was to release the album in 2020, but I decided that I did not want to make that a Zoom or FB Live or Twitch experience. I’d rather wait for the opportunity to have an actual face-to-face album release show. Maybe even without wearing a mask!”

The release show for What Am I Afraid Of? will be taking place this Sunday, April 24th at Hotel Utah Saloon in San Francisco. For more information and tickets, you can check it out HERE. To purchase the album, you can do so HERE.
