This past Friday, Detroit-based power pop outfit, Boyfrienders, released their latest single, “First Person Singular”!

Releasing their third album “Midwest Alive in Nightmares” in 2021, Boyfrienders have been busy making waves throughout the midwest, perfecting their process of writing infectious hooks while invoking a fresh 90’s and 00’s alternative and indie-rock sensibility reminiscent of bands such as Dinosaur Jr., Say Anything, and The Strokes.

“First Person Singular” was written in December of 2021 and recorded at Eureka Records in Wyandotte, MI, brought to life by producer, Austin Stawowczyk.
