Some familiar faces from the early aughts Chicago punk scene have started a new band called Strategies. Made up of Brian Moss (The Ghost, Hanalei, Great Apes), Neil Hennessy (The Lawrence Arms, Joyce Manor), and Paul Lask (The Ghost), Strategies have released their single, “Silent Count”!
