In the summer of 2019, Green Day, Fall Out Boy, Weezer, and The Interrupters came together to announce the Hella Mega Tour! For punk rock, pop punk, and alternative rock fans of all ages, this was a dream lineup! With the tour originally to be held in 2020, plans changed as the world found itself dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic. Tours kept getting pushed back or even canceled, Hella Mega Tour being one to be postponed. Fast forward to 2021 and seeing bands resume tours with safety protocols in place, the Hella Mega Tour made it’s way to Dodger Stadium on Friday, September 3rd.

All four bands that took part on this tour are legendary in their own way. With East Bay punk rockers, Green Day, headlining the show, bangers were expected throughout their set, from start to finish. BUT, they weren’t the only ones to deliver as Fall Out Boy and Weezer also played fan favorites. And of course, who can forget about ska punk L.A. natives, The Interrupters. In the last few years, they have grown their fanbase, especially with the release of their latest studio album, Fight The Good Fight. If you’re not already familiar with them, dude, what are you waiting for?!

The question that fans have for all four bands is: what is next?! We will wait. Until then, see you at the next show!
