A little over two years ago, the touring world came to a stop. One of the annual festivals that didn’t end up happening in 2020 was Flogging Molly’s St. Patrick’s Day Festival. Fast forward to 2022, the festival resumed and some of the bands that were originally on the 2020 lineup became a part of the 2022 festivities!
The day kicked off with a free outdoor festival with performances by Hoist The Colors, Flogging Molly’s Matt and Dennis, and The Briggs! The party was then moved indoors. That part of the event required a ticket and what a way to end the show!! Supporting Flogging Molly in the indoor setting were Texas’ very own, Vandoliers, followed by Russkaja, a 7-piece band out of Vienna, Austria!
It could’ve been that it had been more than two years since the last time Flogging Molly played in L.A., which is why they made sure to deliver and play songs from different eras of their career. With a 90-minute set under their belt, they made sure to send fans home happy!
Flogging Molly is currently on tour and they recently announced a co-headlining tour with ska punk band, The Interrupters! For tour dates and tickets, you can go to floggingmolly.com! See you at the gig!
