Scranton-based punk band, The Menzingers, are currently on a headlining tour with support from indie rock act, Oso Oso, and punk act, Sincere Engineer. On Sunday, April 24th, The Menzingers headlined The Glasshouse in Pomona. The last time they played there was in the fall of 2019! It was great to be able to see the band again as they played fan favorites such as “After The Party”, “Good Things”, “America (You’re Freaking Me Out)”, and “Anna”. The crowd’s energy was present from the beginning as Sincere Engineer kicked off the night followed by sweet melodies from Oso Oso. Waking up the next day at 5am and not getting a full night’s rest was totally worth it!
You can still catch this tour if it’s coming to a city near you. For dates and tickets, you can go to themenzingers.com. And if the bands didn’t make a stop in your town, keep your eyes peeled as it’s still early In the year because although this tour is ending later this month, who’s to say the bands won’t announce other tours?! Or maybe new music? Stay tuned!
