Episode 70 - Mike Liorti (Summer Years/Rosedale/State Of My Art Podcast)

The guest for episode 70 of The Keep It Posi Podcast is Mike Liorti of Summer Years, an alternative rock band from San Diego, California. Additionally, Mike has his solo project, Rosedale, and he is also the host of State Of My Art Podcast. I first learned about Summer Years because earlier this year, the band released a single titled “This Light”. In this episode, Mike and I talked about the song, how Summer Years came about, how he ended up moving to the States from Canada, Tom Delonge, and so much more!

This week, The Posi Spotlight is focused on The Battle Buddy Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping combat veterans transition back to civilian life while living with the effects of Post-Traumatic Stress, Traumatic Brain Injury, and other combat related disabilities. The Battle Buddy Foundation helps provide service dogs to disabled veterans of all eras suffering from Post-Traumatic Stress, Traumatic Brain Injury, and physical limitations, at no cost to the veteran.
