Episode 56 - Ben Shumaker, Kevin McCord, and Seth Richardson (We Demand Parachutes)

They recently released a single titled “Lost Her Mind” featuring Olivia Castriota and while they don’t have an EP or album out, they have continuously released music since the band was formed in 2019. In this conversation, the guys and I talked about the new music, the history of the band, the first album they ever bought, and more! This week, The Posi Spotlight is focused on Touring Professionals Alliance, a nonprofit that was started by a group of like-minded Tour and Production Managers who joined together to find ways to help touring families as they struggle with unprecedented financial and emotional hardships caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. TPA brings together those who run the day-to-day of the live music touring business with the goal of finding solutions to help out the industry, particularly crews and vendors.
