Album: Hey, Chels - Everything Goes

Hey, Chels released their debut album, Everything Goes, digitally for FREE on Bandcamp at the beginning of the month. For anyone who finds themselves wanting a physical release, no need to panic as the band has plans on releasing it on vinyl later this year via Brainworm Records. We even got a live sneak peak of some of the songs before the album was released when the band took park in The Posi Quaranstream Series! Thanks again Hey, Chels!

Since then, I’ve listened to this album on a weekly basis once it was released as it’s definitely been a favorite. What I’m about to say might not be so posi, but I do have one tiny problem with it: it’s too short!! Okay, so perhaps that’s a good problem to have. hehe What I do know for sure is that every time I look at the cover, I want some ice cream.

For anyone who’s a fan of indie-rock AND pop-punk, you mayyyyy want to give this band a listen if you haven’t yet. The band finds a way to blend both genres perfectly together and voila [[chef’s kiss]]! The final result is what Hey, Chels has delivered with their debut full-length. My personal favorite songs have ended up being “Masterpiece”, “Pulse Check”, and “Everything Goes”. Go on and give Everything Goes a listen, ya? And eat some ice cream while you’re at it.
