Episode 7 - Lindsay Manfredi (Cold)

The guest for episode 7 of The Keep It Posi Podcast is Lindsay Manfredi. Lindsay plays bass in the two-time gold-album selling alternative rock band, Cold. The band is known for songs such as “Stupid Girl”, “Suffocate”, “A Different Kind of Pain”, and many more. Lindsay joined the band after she received a Facebook message from Scooter, the band’s lead vocalist, back in 2014. Since then, she’s been playing and writing music with them. Lindsay recently made her debut as an author with her first book titled Unf*ckwithable: A Guide To Inspired Badassery. In this conversation, we dive into her book, Cold’s latest album, how she got into music and started jamming, and so much more. It was awesome being able to chat with her!
